Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict yet fair return and exchange policy.
- Eligible Claims
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken product upon delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Leakage during transit
- Claim Conditions
- Claim must be made within 24β48 hours of receiving the order
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photo/video evidence is required
- Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The fragrance does not meet personal preference
- The product has been used
- The correct product was delivered in perfect condition
- Exchange Process
- Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched
- No additional delivery charges for valid claims
- Refund Policy
In applicable cases, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
