    Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
  • Damaged or broken product upon delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Leakage during transit
  1. Claim Conditions
  • Claim must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photo/video evidence is required
  1. Non-Eligible Cases
    We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
  • The fragrance does not meet personal preference
  • The product has been used
  • The correct product was delivered in perfect condition

  • Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched
  • No additional delivery charges for valid claims
